Step 1: Download the Latest Version

Make sure that you're using the latest version. To do so, click on About > Check for Updates.

Step 2: Create a File with Your Native Language

1. Go to the following directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\DupInOut Duplicate Finder\Languages
2. Make a copy of the English.lng file with the name of your native language (for example, "Marathi.lng")

Step 3: Edit the Translations

1. You can take the help of Google Translate or any AI tool (such as, ChatGPT). Be sure to manually review the automated translations for any errors or mistakes. Do NOT submit the automated translations as they are.
2. Once you're done, save the file.

Step 4: Submit the File

Submit the translated file to us by email.

Important:

• Many original phrases might include special placeholders (such as #x1, #x2, #NewLine, {FileName} and {FileNameNoExtension}). It is very important to include them in your translated phrase. If these placeholders are omitted while translating, the program will not function correctly.
• Do NOT translate anything in the [AutoLoadedValues] section (such as %Task_Failed_Msg%, %StopSearch_Button% or %MarkAll_Button%). The software uses them at runtime to dynamically retrieve the corresponding values.
• Non-human translations (such as blind copy-pastes from Google Translate or AI tools that have not been reviewed by a human or fixed for issues) are not accepted.
