Cloud has made it easy to store, sync and share files online. With so many cloud services available, it’s not uncommon to use more than one service at a time.

While using multiple cloud services, there can often be a necessity to transfer files. No cloud service provider wants you to leave their platform. Thus, moving files from one cloud platform to another may seem to be a challenging task in the absence of in-house file transfer functionality.

If you’re using Box and need to move your files to other cloud services, we’ve got you covered.

Use a Cloud Transfer Service

A dedicated cloud transfer service, Easy Cloud Manager, will facilitate faster file transfers among different cloud services.

ECM is available as a web app. It can be accessed from any browser and any device. It supports Box, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Amazon S3, pCloud, Google Photos, Google Workspace, OneDrive for Business, Dropbox Business, etc.

Steps

  1. Visit the Easy Cloud Manager website and create an account.
  2. Click on the Home tab.
  3. Add your cloud account (Box, Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive). You’ll be redirected to each cloud provider’s sign-in page. You’ll also need to approve the drive access permissions.
  4. Once you’ve added all of your drives, they will appear under the “My Cloud Drives” section of the Home tab.
  5. Click on the Operations tab, and set Box as the Source Drive.
  6. Set another cloud (Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive) as your Target Drive.
  7. Select the folders in your source drive (Box) you want to move.
  8. Select a destination folder in the target drive (Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive).
  9. Click on Transfer Now.
