How to Import & Export Bookmarks in Your Browser

Bookmarks are also known as Favorites in some browsers. They are helpful to access your favorite webpages quickly without much effort. Your browser lets you create bookmarks for as many webpages as you may like. When you create a bookmark, you’re saving the URL of your favorite webpage, and not the page’s content. This is why bookmarks are prone to change. If a web page is deleted or changed, your bookmark may also get affected.
